A comment on my facebook promotion of this recipe was how similar it is to one that person preferred - with the exception of theirs had buttermilk. In my recipe codex, we actually call this quick and easy pancakes. The night I made these the first time, I was looking for a recipe I could make with the stuff I had already. Milk, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, butter, and baking powder are staples in my house. Buttermilk because of how quickly it expires is not. I have other, not as quick nor easy, pancake recipes, which will be posted eventually.
